* To qualify for a refund, the customer has 30 days after the initial refund period to return the products to our warehouse. Broken or damaged products do not qualify for a refund under this policy. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs when returning items. Broken or damaged products can be returned in exchange for a 15% discount on a new pair of Flip Flap. Any defect in manufacturing will be replaced free of charge or the purchase price refunded upon return of defective items.
